Autism East Midlands seeks passionate and dedicated Community Support Workers in Chesterfield to provide exceptional support to individuals with autism. In this role, you'll assist individuals in achieving their full potential and well-being while being part of a supportive team. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills and a commitment to continuous development in health and social care.
Working as a support worker for Autism East Midlands means you will be providing exceptional support for individuals with Autism.
No two days are the same. Your job will be key in encouraging independence, boosting service users’ self-confidence, and keeping them safe.
If you’ve previously worked as a support worker or in Health & Social care and have knowledge of CQC requirements, this will be beneficial. Alternatively, lived experience is welcomed.
