Job Description:

Fox Morris Group are proud to be recruiting on behalf of Lincolnshire Care Home, seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join their team, providing care and assistance to individuals in their own homes. This is a community-based role that requires travelling between multiple patients throughout the day.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with daily tasks, personal care, companionship, and helping them maintain independence in their homes. You will only be paid for the time spent delivering care during scheduled patient visits. Additionally, you will receive a mileage allowance for travel between visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication prompting, and mobility support
• Maintain accurate records of care provided
• Travel efficiently between patients as scheduled
• Build positive relationships with patients, families, and the care team

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• A caring, patient, and respectful nature
