National Care Group is recruiting a Female Community Support Worker to join Endurance Care Kent in Maidstone. This 40-hour week role supports young adults with complex needs, helping with daily tasks, personal care, meals and activities to promote independence.

The role requires a FULL UK driving licence, a caring attitude and the ability to work as part of a team. Salary is £12.71 per hour (£26,436.80 per annum) with paid training and progression opportunities.

The role of a National Care Group Support WorkerYou will work with young adults who have complex needs. We are looking for a respectful and caring individual who can passionately support our young adults to fulfil their potential. This is a sometimes challenging role but one with huge rewards.You will build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and then planning goals and ambitions together.You will help to plan their daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.You will assist with personal care, which may include support with eating and administering medication.You will help to plan and participate in any exciting days out they wish to enjoy.You will make a positive impact on someone's life by supporting them to become more independent wherever possible.
