Cheshire East Council is expanding its Community Support Worker team in Macclesfield. You will provide 24-hour person-centred support to help people maintain their tenancies and daily living tasks, with shifts from 8am to 10pm and alternate weekends.
We offer a permanent part-time position (24 hours/week) with a generous package including enhanced annual leave, flexi-time and a range of salary sacrifice schemes. Full UK driving licence is required.

Contract: Permanent 24 hours per week Pay: Starting at flat rate £25,583 [pro rata, per annum], £13.26 per hour, incremental for 5 years to £25,989 [pro rata, per annum], £13.47 per hour. [with yearly cost of living pay rises] [Excluding enhanced rates at weekend and bank holidays].
