Service Care Solutions has a new and exciting opportunity available for a Community Support Worker with Cheshire East Council.

Cheshire East Council is currently looking for someone who is willing to work 37 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

1. Attend to the personal needs of service users and undertake scheduled checks in line with agreed care programmes. Encourage service users, where possible, to undertake these physical tasks themselves, e.g., dressing, washing, feeding, and administering non-invasive medication.
2. Contribute to the assessment of service users by carrying out assessment tasks and maintaining/updating records as required.
3. Participate in discussions on Individual Care Programmes for service users and act as a key worker when required.
4. In situations that threaten the safety or security of service users, implement initial actions within defined procedures and report to the Senior Community Support Worker (SCSW).
