Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust Inclusion service in Hampshire is seeking a Specialist Recovery Nurse to deliver high-quality clinical and therapeutic services including health screening, BBV initiatives and community detox programmes.

You will work in a multi-disciplinary team to support service users and families, lead BBV provision, train staff, maintain records and develop integrated care pathways. Travel to other Hampshire sites may be required.

Formación

• Nurse with experience in drug and alcohol treatment.
• BBV screening, health screening and detox programmes knowledge.
• Willingness to travel to other Hampshire Inclusion services.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver tailored treatment interventions including health assessments, BBV screening and detox programmes.
• Lead on BBV provision and health screening clinics.
• Support and train staff in healthcare procedures.
• Provide support to a caseload of service users who use drugs and/or alcohol and manage risks.
