Powys Teaching Health Board is seeking a Community Staff Nurse to deliver prescribed nursing care to patients in the Llandrindod Wells District Nursing Team. The Community Staff Nurse is responsible for the delivery of prescribed nursing care to patients on a day-to-day basis. This would include the holistic assessment of patient care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based care.
The post holder will be autonomous in their clinical practice whileacknowledging their limitations and actively seek advice as necessary.

We welcome new registrants and experienced staff who share our values, who want to consolidate new skills and learning within a fully supportive and individualized preceptorship program. We need somebody who is caring, sympathetic and able to learn new skills with excellent communications skills and an attitude that ensures the highest standard of care for our patients. We have permanent roles to offer on a full and part time basis.
