Dorset HealthCare are seeking a Community Staff Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team in Dorchester. The post is a permanent position and is full time at 37.5 hours per week, with potential flexible working to meet service needs.

You would work alongside our experienced Community Nurse Teams helping to provide a high-quality, person-centred standard of care for patients in their own homes. Induction, learning opportunities and a preceptorship option are available.

Qualifications

• Provide high-quality, person-centred home care for patients.
• Assessment of patients' care needs and development of care plans.
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary community team.
