Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Community Staff Nurse to join our district nursing teams across five hubs. The role offers a permanent contract with flexible working patterns and a Band 5 salary (£32,073–£39,043 per annum, pro rata).

Formación

• Essential: NMC Registered Nurse in relevant field
• Desirable: Practice Assessor/Practice Supervisor qualification or willingness to complete
• Essential: Knowledge and skill to plan, deliver, and evaluate high quality, evidence-based nursing care
• Essential: Experience of working with patients from diverse backgrounds
• Essential: IT literacy and ability to use NHS systems
• Desirable: Additional post-registration qualification relevant to field of practice

Responsabilidades

• Be able to create a professional nursing culture open to change and innovation while reflecting organisational strategy and values
• Deliver direct and indirect patient care
• Participate in assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care with flexible working to maintain safe services
• Acknowledge and support the NMC Code of Professional Conduct in practice
