We are seeking enthusiastic Community Staff Nurses to join our District Nursing Service in North Tyneside, initially based at Wallsend Health Centre, covering maternity leave. This role involves providing patient-centered care in various settings, supporting professional growth, and maintaining high standards of practice.
Community nurses work independently and as part of a team, assessing, planning, and evaluating care for diverse patient groups. Responsibilities include wound management, palliative care, diagnostic testing, and patient education. Maintaining professional standards and exercising accountability are essential.
