Job description

A fabulous opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and dynamic Staff nurses to join our District Nursing Teams in Trafford.

We are Trafford Local Care Organisations, bringing together NHS Community Health Services and adult social care services in Trafford.

As Integrated Neighbourhood teams, we aim to improve the health of local people in Trafford by working across organisational boundaries.

As a Registered General Nurse, you will work as part of our District Nursing Service to provide complex care to adults in their own homes and in various community settings.

We offer great development programs for progression to Band 6 and opportunities for further education, including Community Specialist Practitioner qualifications.

You will collaborate closely with GP Services and the Integrated Neighbourhood Teams to ensure effective patient care coordination, positively impacting our patients.

You will have the chance to develop new and existing clinical skills and access a range of training opportunities for personal development.

We seek proven leadership skills, the ability to work within a team, and autonomous working capabilities.
