Are you a dedicated nurse ready to make a meaningful impact in people's lives? We’re seeking motivated and compassionate team players to deliver high-quality, holistic care within the community as part of our dynamic Rochdale Integrated Neighbourhood Teams.

In this role, you’ll take charge of assessing patients' care needs, developing and evaluating personalised care plans, and providing exceptional nursing support—all within a diverse and engaging environment.
