South Gloucestershire & Stroud College is seeking a Sport and Events Coordinator within our Communities and Partnerships team. You will manage the day-to-day operation, bookings, and utilisation of SGS sports facilities, serving as the main contact for sports clubs, community organisations, and venue hirers.

You’ll plan and support delivery of events, tournaments, and community programmes across SGS venues.

Qualificações

• Level 3 qualification in sport, leisure management, management, events, business administration or related discipline.
• Experience coordinating bookings, events or customer services within a busy environment.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day operation, booking and utilisation of SGS sports facilities and act as main contact for clubs, bodies and hirers.
• Plan and support delivery of sporting events, tournaments and community programmes across SGS venues.
• Build and maintain partnerships to increase facility usage, engagement and commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sports Academies, curriculum and operations to maximise use and impact of facilities.
