Job summary

Forge Valley School in Sheffield is seeking a proactive Sports Centre and Lettings Supervisor to help run the community sports centre and school lettings across Forge Valley School and Tapton School. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring safe, welcoming facilities for groups and pupils.

The position is part-time (30 hours per week) across 52 weeks per year, with evening and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Has experience working within a sports centre, leisure facility, lettings environment or customer-focused setting.
• Has excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills.
• Can build positive relationships with customers, sports clubs, community organisations and colleagues.
• Is able to supervise staff, coordinate operations and work effectively on their own initiative.
• Is committed to promoting inclusion, community participation and continuous improvement.

• Supervise facility operations and manage bookings and customer enquiries.
