We’re seeking our first Community Specialist to drive engagement, growth, and brand affinity across

Termgrid’s expanding user base. This role is designed for someone who is creative and thrives on building authentic relationships, celebrating customer successes, and creating a vibrant, connected ecosystem around a category-defining platform.

As Community Manager, you will:

  • Engage with our growing community of users and brand advocates to strengthen relationships, increase adoption, and expand reach.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to design and execute campaigns that drive user engagement, generate leads, and celebrate customer milestones.
  • Serve as the voice of the user within Termgrid, surfacing feedback, ideas, and insights that shape product direction and customer experience.

Job Title: Community Manager

Location: London

Reports To: VP of Marketing

What You’ll Do

  • Own community engagement strategy across digital platforms (email campaigns, webinars, social channels) and in-person events.
  • Celebrate user milestones through targeted campaigns, highlighting key achievements and use cases within the community.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to generate leads by fostering a strong brand presence and driving advocacy.
  • Create feedback loops between the community and internal teams (Product, Customer Success) to ensure we’re continuously improving the user experience.
  • Host and manage events (virtual or in-person) to build deeper relationships and gather valuable insights from our users.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–7 years of experience in community management, marketing, or customer engagement, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or B2B environments.
  • A creative mindset for campaign design and storytelling.
  • Proven track record of driving engagement and advocacy among professional user communities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; you’re comfortable engaging with C-level executives and frontline users alike.
  • Experience working with email marketing tools, CRM systems, and digital event platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of how to engage users in global markets (particularly US, UK, and India).
  • Bonus: Experience in private capital markets, workflow tools, or B2B SaaS products.
