New fully-funded game studio with a team of veteran founders.

YOUR MISSION

We are seeking a community lead for our upcoming MMORPG. The ideal candidate will immerse themselves in the game, the community, and content, staying engaged with community feedback and activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Build a vibrant community around web3 gaming.
2. Design engaging experiences on Discord to boost participation.
3. Create and manage multiple Discord servers, including strategic planning and bot integrations.
4. Address potential issues affecting project revenue, such as player unrest and exploits.
5. Identify key community members for collaborations and press opportunities.
6. Coordinate with game and marketing teams for events.

REQUIREMENTS

• Acceptance, attendance, or graduation from a competitive 4-year college program.
• Public speaking experience (e.g., podcast, debate club, micro-influencer).
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with social media, live streaming, and digital content creation.
• Native English speaker.
• Residing in North America, South America, Korea, Japan, Singapore, or Taiwan.

DESIRABLE

• Experience with social media management tools like Hubspot.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot.
• Content creation or micro-influencing experience.
• Ability to speak Korean or Mandarin.
