Job summary

Company Shop Group in Wirral is seeking a Team Leader for our Community Shop Beechwood. You will lead a busy team in a retail environment, motivate colleagues and ensure every member has a great shopping experience. Full training will be provided.

You will report to the Team Manager, coordinate tasks, maintain high standards, promote a culture of safety and look for ways to reduce waste while supporting our members.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory experience is useful but not required; full training provided.
