Are you an experienced domestic abuse professional ready to lead impactful services across Coventry and Leicester?

We're partnering with a leading charity to find a Community Services Manager who will oversee IDVA, Outreach, and Helpline services—ensuring survivor safety is at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage frontline staff and services
2. Oversee risk assessments, safety planning, MARAC referrals
3. Manage caseloads and ensure high-quality support
4. Coordinate rotas, budgets, and staff development
5. Engage with local authorities and communities
6. Play a key role and be present within outreach services

Requirements:

• Experience in high-risk environments
• MARAC awareness and IDVA trained
• Caseload and outreach service management
• Fluent in an additional language (South Asian, French, or Italian)
• Full UK driving licence + own vehicle (travel required)
• Strong safeguarding and legislative knowledge
