Job summary

Maximus is recruiting a Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) Service Delivery Manager to lead a community-based delivery team in Lancashire. You will drive fidelity to the SEQF model and ensure services are person-centred for adults facing health conditions, disabilities and barriers to employment.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement with employers, commissioners and partners, a proactive leadership style, and the ability to deliver on targets while maintaining high quality

Qualifications

• Significant proven leadership in a performance-driven environment.
• Experience in sales, promotional or influencing skills.
• Understand and manage profit and loss, cost control and budgeting.
• Track record delivering high-quality services.
• Developing people through coaching, mentoring and learning.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building.
• Negotiation skills that promote commitment and action.
• Plan and organise people with succession planning.
• Self-starter with proactive problem solving.
• Experience delivering fidelity reviews and improvements within IPS/SEQF.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and lead a high-performance culture; recruit, engage, develop and retain the right people.
• Ensure learning needs are addressed via observation, coaching and mentoring to optimise performance and professional standards.
• Build relationships with external organisations to foster referrals and opportunities.
• Ensure contract compliance with SEQF & IPS Fidelity.
• Carry out resource and succession planning to meet changing requirements and retain talent.
• Lead engagement with employers, commissioners and partners to improve service quality.
