Job summary

Futures in Nottinghamshire is seeking an Employment Specialist to connect people to work under the SEQF model. You will work 1:1 with clients, building relationships with employers and delivering community-based support.

Based across North Nottinghamshire, you will travel to meet clients where they are, providing in-work support to help them stay and grow in roles. Full training provided and a values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Brilliant communication and people skills.
• Passion, resilience and belief in people's potential.
• Ability to travel across North Nottinghamshire.
• Experience supporting people facing barriers to work (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Support people 1:1 on their journey into paid employment.
• Build strong relationships with employers.
• Deliver the Supported Employment (SEQF) model with full training provided.
• Spend time out in the community, meeting clients where they are.
• Provide in-work support to help people stay and grow in their roles.
