Job summary

SolviT Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Community Warden in Rugby to support local authorities in tackling anti-social behaviour. Pay rate is £14.82 per hour, with a 40-hour week and a six-week rolling shift pattern from 8am to 10pm, seven days a week.

This is a full-time ongoing agency position. You will conduct regular patrols on foot and by vehicle, address public breaches and issues such as penalties and PSPOs, and must hold a valid DBS certificate, a driving licence, and be able to de-escalate

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• DBS certificate and references available when requested.
• Physically fit for regular foot patrols.
• Ability to de-escalate situations.
• Flexible to work a rota-based shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Regular patrols around the borough on foot and in a vehicle.
• Dealing with public breaches like littering, parking charge notices, fly tipping, noise complaints, and many more.
• Issuing penalty notices and Public space protection orders.
