Job summary

Hertsmere Borough Council is seeking a Community Safety Intervention Officer to lead the council's response to anti-social behaviour, manage complex casework and develop effective interventions to protect residents and support communities.

You will work with partners such as Hertfordshire Constabulary, housing providers and safeguarding agencies, requiring experience in community safety or local government. This full-time permanent role is 36 hours a week.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in community safety, preferably anti-social behaviour or within local government or a similar statutory organisation.
• Vetting by Hertfordshire Constabulary as the role requires use of their anti-social behaviour case management system.

You will be vetted by Hertfordshire Constabulary, as this role requires use of their anti-social behaviour case management system. The post is offered on a full time, permanent basis (36 hours per week). We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Community Safety Intervention Officer to join our Policy and Partnerships Team.
