Job summary

Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Band 7 Team Lead for the Community Respiratory Service. You will provide visible clinical and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team, guiding day-to-day management and coordination of the service to deliver patient-centred care.

This leadership role focuses on driving innovation, quality improvement and pathway development, influencing strategic priorities and workforce development across our community respiratory

As our Band 7 Team Lead, you will provide visible clinical and operational leadership to a dedicated multidisciplinary team, supporting people living with long-term respiratory conditions to achieve the best possible outcomes within their own communities.
