You will play a key role in delivering services including COPD admission avoidance and recovery support, oxygen assessment and prescribing, and pulmonary rehabilitation programmes. Alongside your clinical responsibilities, you will work closely with the Specialist Services Manager to support service delivery, workforce development, quality improvement and patient safety, helping to ensure the service continues to deliver excellent care across the locality.
