HCRG Care Group is seeking a Band 7 Respiratory Clinical Team Manager to lead the Community Specialist Respiratory Team in Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire. You will provide specialist assessment, treatment and management of respiratory patients in community settings and oversee care plans and oxygen prescribing.
You will support workforce development, quality improvement and patient safety while delivering COPD admission avoidance and pulmonary rehabilitation.

As our Band 7 Respiratory Clinical Team Manager, you will support the Community Specialist Respiratory Team providing specialist assessment, treatment and management of patients with respiratory conditions in community settings. You will play a key role in delivering services including COPD admission avoidance and recovery support, oxygen assessment and prescribing, and pulmonary rehabilitation programmes.
Alongside your clinical responsibilities, you will work closely with the Specialist Services Manager to support service delivery, workforce development, quality improvement and patient safety, helping to ensure the service continues to deliver excellent care across the locality.

Hours:34 hours per week
