Job summary

Your World Nursing is seeking a Psychiatric Community Nurse to deliver mental health care in the Preston area. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and provide therapeutic interventions within the community setting.

Responsibilities include counselling, medication management, crisis intervention, and collaboration with NHS and social services. NMC registration and UK work rights are required; 6 months UK experience and references preferred.

• NMC registration is required to practice in the UK.
• Minimum 6 months' UK healthcare experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health support and care within the community.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs and develop personalised care plans.
