Job summary

John White Community Centre Limited is seeking a Community Project Co-ordinator to help deliver the National Lottery-funded Community Partnership Hub. Based in Coventry, you will work on-site to connect local residents with health services, community groups and preventative activities, and coordinate community projects.

John White Community Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Community Project Co-ordinator to help deliver our National Lottery-funded Community Partnership Hub.

The project aims to improve the health and wellbeing of local people by connecting them with support, services, community groups and preventative activities. The Co-ordinator will work closely with local residents, health professionals, community organisations and other partners across Coventry.

This is a varied, hands-on role which will include planning and running community groups and activities, developing partnerships, supporting referrals from the community to health professionals, promoting the project, attending community events, monitoring outcomes and completing reports for funders.
