Job summary

Warwickshire and Solihull Community and Voluntary Action is seeking a Programme Coordinator to lead the Pride in Place project in the Camp Hill area, with responsibility for a small team and cross‑sector collaboration in Nuneaton.

This fixed-term role (3 years; potential extension subject to funding) is office/hybrid with regular travel around Nuneaton and offers a salary in the £40k range.

Responsibilities

• Lead the programme, managing a small team and co-ordinating with residents, partners and businesses to deliver Pride in Place activities.
• Co-create a programme that builds pride, connection and opportunity in the Borough.
• Support delivery of community engagement and empowerment initiatives across Nuneaton and surrounding areas.

£40,314 per annum (£32,687 pro rata)

30 hours per week

Fixed term for 3 years with potential to extend subject to funding

The Programme Coordinator will lead in bringing this to life, managing a small team, working with residents, partners and businesses to co-create a programme that builds pride, connection and opportunity. You will help write the next chapter of our story at a moment of real transformation in the Borough.

You must be passionate about driving positive change within communities, thrive in collaborative environments, and be a motivated, dynamic individual with strong project management experience to join our team.
