They are now looking for a Senior Project Co-ordinator to join them on a permanent, part-time basis, working 28 hours per week across four days.

You’ll have the chance to lead a service that helps older people regain confidence, independence and connection after a fall, stroke or illness, whilst regaining their independence and rediscovering a sense of connection and purpose.
What’s more, with hybrid working and 28 hours spread across four days, you’ll have greater space to balance meaningful work with life outside the role, while still benefiting from training opportunities and a supportive, inclusive culture.
As a Senior Project Co-ordinator, you will lead the development and delivery of our client’s community exercise programme, supporting isolated older people across London to stay active, independent and connected following a fall, stroke or other illness.
Working closely with referral partners, you will co-ordinate referrals and match older people with trained volunteers who will provide motivational companionship and support them to maintain their exercise programme over nine weeks.
You will oversee each placement, ensuring referrals are appropriate, risks are managed, and clients and volunteers receive the support they need.
Alongside this, you will oversee the monitoring and evaluation of the service, tracking project targets and outcomes, and providing reports to funders and management.
