Job summary

Dorset HealthCare is seeking a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our Intermediate Care Rehabilitation Therapy Team, based at Westminster Memorial Hospital, Shaftesbury, serving the wider Shaftesbury community. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients in their homes or care homes, and occasionally on community hospital wards.
• Deliver a high-quality, person-centred approach while prioritising safety, privacy and dignity.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team on specialist care, interventions, and caseload management.
• Provide specialist advice to colleagues on patient management and care.
• Develop specialist care programmes for other professionals to deliver and ensure appropriate execution.
