Job summary

Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland (CHSS) is seeking a Peer and Involvement Coordinator to join our Peer, Participation and Engagement team. You’ll support and build relationships with Peer Support Groups, advising them and connecting them with local services and networks, while managing CHSS Peer Volunteers across clusters in your area.

You’ll need drive and creativity to expand our Peer Support network from 3 thousand to 10 thousand members by 2028, and a positive attitude toward people with

• Support and build positive relationships with partnered Peer Support Groups
• Provide advice and guidance to Peer Groups and connect them with relevant services, activities and networks locally
• Manage CHSS Peer Volunteers responsible for clusters of Peer Support Groups in your geographic area
• Contribute to expanding the Peer Support network from 3 thousand to 10 thousand members by 2028
