Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland is seeking a passionate Peer and Involvement Coordinator to foster and expand our Peer Support Groups across Scotland. You will build strong relationships with local peer groups, connect them with services and networks, and guide a team of volunteers to support clusters of groups in your area.

The role requires dedication to our mission of helping people live life to the full after chest, heart or stroke conditions, with travel across regions and a fixed-term

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with partnered Peer Support Groups.
• Provide advice and guidance to Peer Support Groups in your coordinator area, connecting them with relevant services, activities and networks locally.
• Manage CHSS Peer Volunteers responsible for clusters of Peer Support Groups in your geographic area.
