One Small Thing in Southampton is seeking a Community Partner to join our residential service for women and their children. This 37-hour-per-week role covers shifts from 07:30 to 20:00 across seven days, with every other weekend and bank holidays.

You will support residents, addressing needs in skills development, health and wellbeing, and in relation to their Community Order, while applying safeguarding practices and working closely with the team for consistent support.

• Support residents and help manage their needs within a trauma-informed programme.
• Address safeguarding concerns promptly in line with policy and procedures.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure consistent, safe support for each woman and child.
