One Small Thing is a UK-based charity delivering trauma-informed support to women and children affected by the justice system. We are seeking a Family Support Manager in Southampton to empower mothers and their children through our activities, ensuring they have the skills, resources and confidence to look after their children.

You will assess needs, implement safety measures, and collaborate with Social Care, Police and HMPPS.

Formación

• Level 3 or Level 4 Childcare qualification or demonstrable experience in childcare.
• Experience supporting mothers and families.

Responsabilidades

• Support and empower women with children to engage in our programme of activities.
• Assess needs of mothers and children and arrange safety measures or interventions.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the county, including Social Care, Police and HMPPS.
• Advocate for mothers and children within the Hope Street community.

Childcare qualification (Level 3 or Level 4)
