Job summary

UK Management College (UKMC) is seeking an Outreach Officer to grow the college's presence across schools, colleges, community organisations, businesses and networks. You will source outreach opportunities, build partnerships, support events and generate prospective student leads while promoting UKMC externally.

The role requires an enthusiastic, proactive, people-focused individual confident engaging diverse audiences and representing UKMC in the community.

Qualifications

Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
Experience in sales, outreach, recruitment or events is beneficial.
Ability to manage multiple contacts and opportunities.
Proactive and self-motivated with careful follow-up.
Experience with CRM/lead management systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

Identify and source outreach opportunities with schools, colleges and community groups.
Build and maintain professional relationships with partners and event organisers.
Make initial contact, arrange meetings and develop partnership opportunities.
Manage outreach opportunities from contact through engagement and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of contacts, opportunities and outcomes.
Support participation in careers fairs and education events.
Represent UKMC professionally to prospective students, parents and partners.
Communicate courses and study options clearly to audiences.
