A Community Occupational Therapist role in Barnet is available on a full-time contract with a chance to work from home. The position offers a manageable caseload and opportunities for portfolio training, initially for 3–6 months with potential extension.

Key duties include home environment assessments, equipment recommendations, and adaptations. Requirements include HCPC registration, DBS/CRB, and eligibility to work in the UK.

Formación

• HCPC Registration is required.
• Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you).
• Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
• Occupational Therapist Qualification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assessment of service users and carers with complex needs in relation to home environment.
• Providing expert advice, and assessments for equipment and home modifications.
• Adaptations, moving and handling assessments and reducing or minimising the need for care packages.
• Awareness of safeguarding vulnerable people and maintaining dignity and respect.
