Job summary

You will provide clinical assessment and treatment in the community, working within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver person-centred care across the North Sedgemoor area.

Qualifications

• Must have current professional registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in community-based or rehabilitation settings desirable.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessment and treatment in the community.
• Deliver services as part of the Community Rehabilitation Service (CRS).
• Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care for patients.
