HCRG Care Group seeks a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join Savernake Hospital, supporting older people through rehabilitation and complex discharge planning within a community hospital setting.

You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, manage your own caseload, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to help patients achieve goals and maximise independence. You’ll also support learners and contribute to service development.

Qualificações

• HCPC registration is required to practice as an OT.
• Professional qualification in Occupational Therapy (UK).
• Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills.
• Strong time management and the ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to use initiative and contribute to a learning environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality OT services in a community hospital setting.
• Assess, plan and deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Manage own caseload and work with multidisciplinary team for discharge planning.
• Support therapy assistants and students and contribute to service improvements.
