Webrecruit is seeking a Community Organisation Development Manager to strengthen and support community organisations across the West Midlands. The role combines developing tailored consultancy services with strategic income growth and partnership work, including bidding and tendering.
You will manage delivery teams, engage with local authorities and partners, and help organisations become more sustainable while offering flexible, home-based working with occasional meetings.

Our client is a membership network for community organisations. Their goal is simple: to help community organisations be the best that they can be and to create a supportive environment for their work.
They are now looking for a Community Organisation Development Manager to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week (for exceptional candidates, our client is happy to consider requests for part-time hours).

As a Community Organisation Development Manager, you will strengthen and support community organisations across the West Midlands.
Developing and delivering tailored support services and consultancy programmes, you will work directly with community organisations, local authorities and other partners to help them thrive.
You will also identify business development opportunities, lead bids and tenders, and build strong strategic relationships that generate income and create lasting opportunities for the sector.
