NHS Highland in Oban and the Inner Hebrides is advertising a Community Nursing Team Lead to provide clinical leadership and day-to-day management for the district nursing team across Mull, Colonsay, Tiree and Coll. The post holder will influence and drive forward patient-centered care, design and deliver new models and pathways, and support NHSH policies with a flexible working pattern and negotiable base.

This is a demanding, specialised role requiring high professional skills and a first level

Qualifikationen

• Must hold current registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
• Specialist District nursing qualification is essential.
• Ability to lead, influence and develop community nursing services.
