Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust on the Isle of Wight is recruiting Healthcare Support Workers to join our Community Nursing Team. You will work as part of the team, delivering nursing care to patients in the community under supervision and guiding by the District Nurse Team Leader.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance are required. Induction training will be provided, with progression opportunities within Community Nursing.

Formación

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
• Right to work in the UK at time of application.
• Induction programme on Healthcare Support Worker training will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a positive and professional image of community nursing.
• Act as an integrated member of the Community Nursing Team to support quality of care.
• Provide nursing care for patients in the community under the District Nurse Team Leader.
• Undertake delegated administration tasks to support the Community Nursing Team.
