A leading community health organization is looking for an enthusiastic B6 nurse or District Nurse SPQ with strong leadership skills and community nursing experience. The role requires effective management of a nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of housebound patients, contributing positively to their community.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced B6 nurse or District Nurse SPQ with a warm personality and great people skills to work in our community nursing teams.
You must have leadership experience and be able to demonstrate innovative practice and be informed of the current community nursing practices. You must also have post qualifying experience with either community nursing skills and competencies or transferrable skills and competencies.
You need to have effective management skills to take responsibility for caseload management of housebound patients with multiple nursing needs in the community with support from the Team Leader.
You will be responsible for ensuring high quality evidence-based care for patients, their families, and carers in the community.
This will include acting as a role model for staff, sharing learning and developing practice
You must be a car driver with access to a vehicle for work.Mileage is claimable via the trust expenses system.
