Looking for a new challenge, more flexible working hours that fit in with your work life balance than look no further! Our Community Nursing team in Wokingham, Berkshire are recruiting for District Nurses/ Community Nursing Sisters/Charge Nurses.
In this role you will provide support and leadership to a great team and join a team that provides a catalogue of care and pride themselves on their commitment to the well-being of the community. Ideally the candidate will bring with them clinical experience of working with adults in a community setting. In return we will offer an excellent package including the opportunity to further train and develop, we want to see you grow!
Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, to (with approximately one weekend every 4-5 weeks and bank holidays and some late shifts from to on a rotation basis). We welcome applicants who would like to work part-time or on a job share. A full UK driving licence and the use of a car for work purposes is essential for this role.

Main duties of the job
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced nurse, with a warm personality and great people skills. You will be willing to undertake relevant training, have leadership experience and be able to demonstrate innovative practice. Show effective management skills, you will take responsibility for caseload management of housebound patients with multiple nursing need in the community.
You will be responsible for ensuring high quality evidence-based care for patients, their families, and carers in the community.
