Our mission is to uphold the dignity of our patients in the final stages of life and empower them to make the decisions that best align with their individual desires and needs.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Community Nurse Team Leader to join our team in Hospice Community Services. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Community Nurses that will be providing palliative and end of life care in the community, with passion and dedication, ensuring the services run smoothly.
The role is known internally as Locality Team Leader.
About the role
The Community Nurse Team Leader will manage a team of Community Nurses ensuring the provision of high standards of care to patients and their families/carers who have a palliative care need.
Salary: £39,287 to £49,875 per year.
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Basildon Hospice and working in the community in South West Essex
