Job summary

HomeLink Healthcare is seeking an experienced Community Registered Nurse for the Kettering area to deliver safe, high-quality care to NHS patients in patients’ homes as part of the Hospital at Home service. You will conduct 45‑minute visits, perform IV therapy and wound management, and coordinate with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to support patients in recovering at home.

The role requires a valid NMC registration, current revalidation, and at least three years of post‑registration experience

  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration and current revalidation.
  • Minimum of three years post‑registration experience in community, acute or equivalent settings.
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong clinical judgement.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, high‑quality nursing care in patients’ homes.
  • Undertake holistic patient assessments, care planning and evaluation.
  • Conduct minimum 45‑minute patient visits.
  • Provide clinical care including IV therapy and wound management.
  • Monitor patient conditions and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with GPs, consultants and multidisciplinary teams.

Salary: £38,557.96 - £47,291.44

Contract: FULL-TIME Permanent

HomeLink Healthcare is looking for anexperienced Community Registered Nurseto join our Hospital at Home service, delivering high-quality care to NHS patientsacross the Kettering community.

This role is ideal forCommunity Nurses, District Nurses, IV Therapy Nurses or experienced Registered Nurseslooking for a permanent opportunity while continuing to provide meaningful patient care.

As a Community Registered Nurse, you will deliver safe, effective clinical care to patients in their own homes, helping prevent hospital admission and supporting recovery within the community.

About You

You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration, current revalidation, a minimum of three years' post-registration experience in community, acute or equivalent nursing settings

You will be confident working autonomously within the community, with strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills.

Compassionate and collaborative, you will build effective relationships with patients, carers and colleagues while delivering high standards of patient-centred care.

Essential Clinical Skills
  • Competency in IV therapy, including the administration of intravenous medications
  • Experience in wound assessment and wound care management
  • Proven experience in the management of PICC and Midline devices
  • Ability to work independently and safely within a community setting
