HomeLink Healthcare is seeking an experienced Community Registered Nurse to join our private healthcare service in London. You will deliver consultant/GP-led nursing care to patients at home, collaborating with private consultants, independent hospitals and GPs to provide a personalised patient experience.

This role suits experienced Community or District Nurses who can deliver IV therapies, manage complex wound care and build trusted relationships with patients and families while maintaining

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse with active community/district experience.
• Experience delivering IV therapies and complex wound care.
• Strong patient-centered care and documentation.
• Ability to work independently in patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in patients' homes.
• Undertake holistic assessments, care planning and ongoing evaluation.
• Provide unhurried, patient-centered visits tailored to individual needs.
• Administer IV therapies and other specialist treatments.
• Manage PICC lines, Midline devices and complex wound care.
• Monitor clinical condition and escalate concerns as needed.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout treatment.
• Build trust through excellent communication and compassionate care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
• Collaborate with private consultants, GPs and the wider team.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience with professionalism and attention to detail.

HomeLink Healthcare is looking for an experienced Community Registered Nurse to join our growing Private Healthcare Service, delivering exceptional, consultant /GP-led nursing care to patients across London.

Working with referrals from leading private consultants, independent hospitals, GPs and healthcare providers, you'll care for patients in the comfort and privacy of their own homes, combining outstanding clinical expertise with a highly personalised patient experience.

This role is ideal for experienced Community Nurses, District Nurses, IV Therapy Nurses or Registered Nurses who are passionate about delivering exceptional care while building trusted relationships with patients and their families.
