Responsibilities

• Administer insulin to diabetic patients during home visits
• Support end-of-life care to ensure gold-standard provision
• Dress leg ulcers and manage post-operative wounds
• Change catheters and flush central lines as needed
• Attend handover and discuss complex clinical situations with MDT
