Job summary

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Band 5 Community Nurse to join the Integrated Neighbourhood team at Malmesbury Primary Care Centre. You will deliver clinical care in patients’ homes or care settings, supported by supervising clinicians.

The role includes managing a caseload, prioritising tasks and delivering evidence‑based nursing within the national standards. The post is fixed for 1 year, with access to NHS Pension, My Reward Hub benefits, and ongoing professional development through The Learning

Qualifications

• NMC registration and nursing degree are essential.
• Experience in healthcare within a multidisciplinary team is required.
• Ability to manage non-routine and unpredictable workloads.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to NMC professional standards and work with the team.
• Assess, plan, prioritise and deliver nursing care.
• Undertake clinical tasks including observations, venepuncture and ECGs.
• Supervise less experienced staff and contribute to quality assurance.
