Job summary

Qualifications
- 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, promote and evaluate safe, creative and effective treatment plans.
- Deliver interventions that are evidenced based.
- Be responsible for the safe monitoring, management and administration of medication.
- Work autonomously, building leadership skills and advanced clinical assessment skills.
- Develop exceptional planning and organisational skills.
- Analyse care and treatment provided, and develop sound clinical decision making.
