NHS Highland is seeking a Community Nurse to lead health and social care on the Island of Coll. This role offers the chance to work in a beautiful remote community, providing person-centred care while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. The Island of Coll is a small island 4 miles west of Mull in the Inner Hebrides. Approximately 13 miles long and 3 miles at it’s widest. Coll has a population of approximately 170, but as a popular tourist destination this can increase.
Coll is known for its spectacular natural scenery, beautiful beaches, flora, fauna and wildlife.
Coll offers a wonderful local school. The Island of Coll is easily accessible to the mainland with regular ferry and air services.

The Community Nurse will lead on health and social care for individuals on Coll.
The Community Nurse is part of a wider multi-disciplinary team. Close working exists with the resident GP and social care partners and neighbouring islands
